FACILITY UPDATE: COVID-191/26/2021
With the state recently removing the Stay-at-Home orders, and moving counties back into the tiered color system, we have received many inquiries regarding when we may be able to reopen. Under the current model, we are prohibited from reopening in the purple (widespread) tier. As we have since the beginning of this pandemic, we continue to adhere to all county and state guidelines. We will be reopen on a limited basis when our local counties reach the red level of the Blueprint for a Safer Economy and hope that with numbers beginning to trend better, that will be very soon.

PROTECT YOURSELF AND OTHERS
Following guidelines offered by the World Health Organization's (WHO) standard recommendations for the general public to reduce exposure to and transmission of a range of illnesses are as follows, Sharks Sports & Entertainment recommends its team members exercise the below preventative measures.
Wash your hands with soap for 10-20 seconds and/or use a greater than 60% alcohol-based hand sanitizer following any contact with guests or fellow team members.
Consider not shaking hands when greeting our guests. Use a fist bump, slight bow, elbow bump, etc.
If possible, cough or sneeze into a disposable tissue immediately and wash your hands. Use your elbow only if needed. The clothing on your elbow can contain infectious virus that can be passed on for up to a week or more!
Use ONLY your knuckle to touch light switches. elevator buttons, etc...
Open doors with your closed fist or hip - do not grasp the handle with your hand, unless there is no other way to open the door. Especially important on bathroom doors. Avoid close contact with anyone with a fever or cough.
Do not report to work if you have a fever, cough and/or difficulty breathing. Please seek medical care early and share previous travel history with your health care provider.
Hand Sanitizer is available throughout Oakland Ice Center. We recommend carrying a small personal bottle of hand sanitizer with you, so you can sanitize your hands as needed.
