The Oakland Bears 18A team had a tough tournament down in LA this last weekend as they faced off against three 16AAA and two 18AA teams. These opponents did not phase the Bears as they made it all the way to the championship game, only to fall short in the championship game to the California Wave 16AAA team. The Bear's coach was very pleased with his teams effort and discipline as they only registered 32 penalty minutes in five games. This was the lowest among all five teams. The Bears look to take this moment into the final stretch of the season.
