Hockey Weekend Across America

March 2nd - 4th, 2018

USA Hockey will implement their 11th Annual Hockey Weekend Across America (#HWAA) this upcoming weekend! On Friday, March 2nd, we encourage all of our players to wear their favorite hockey jersey to show pride and spirit in the sport! If you wear yours to a Chipotle, you are eligible for their Buy One Get One (BOGO) free promotion, as well!

On Saturday, March 3rd, the Oakland Bears and Oakland Ice Center operated by Sharks Ice, will host another Try Hockey (#TryHockey) for free event at 11:30 AM. If you plan on attending, please bring a bicycle helmet and gloves/mittens! We'll provide the fun!

On Sunday, March 4th, we encourage all of our #BearsFamily to hit social media with a message to their local #HockeyHeroes! Who inspired you to play hockey? Who keeps it going?
