INFORMATION ON SHARKS ICE OAKLAND SCHOLARSHIPS

The Oakland Ice Center has a number of scholarships available to allow children with financial need to participate in programs at a reduced or no cost.  Applications must be submitted prior to registering for a program and must be updated for each season. 

If you do not believe that you have the financial means to enroll your child(ren) in one or more of our programs, send us a packet or email with:

1. A letter that includes:
   1. The program(s)/team(s) in which you are or wish to enroll your child(ren);
   2. The amount of scholarship you are requesting and any amounts granted by Sharks Foundation, NORCAL or any other scholarship received in the past; (NORCAL Scholarship Application is open for submission in September for the current season)
   3. Your annual family income.
   4. Any other financial considerations or circumstances you believe are important to our decision.
2. A copy of your previous tax return for both parents or guardians.
3. Copies of 2 most recent pay stubs for both parents or guardians.
4. Copy of completed Sharks Foundation & NORCAL Scholarship Applications (if applicable)
